HYPERVAN is proud to announce the appointment of Troy Goldhammer as Chief Executive Officer, where he leads the company’s mission to transform emergency medicine through mobile hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).
Troy brings dynamic experience to consistently driven growth in early- and late-stage organizations through disciplined execution, strategic vision, and strong engineering and operational leadership. His background includes roles in both venture capital and private equity, providing a comprehensive perspective on building and financing high-impact companies. He is a former U.S. Army Special Forces officer and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Troy also holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.
Goldhammer is a seasoned CEO, operator, and investor with a proven track record of building, scaling, and leading companies across multiple industries, including fleet services, military and industrial manufacturing, aerospace technology, and agriculture. He brings deep experience working with both venture capital and private equity–backed organizations, guiding businesses from early-stage development through growth, operational scale, and strategic exits. Known for building high-performance teams and execution-driven cultures, Troy specializes in translating complex technology and manufacturing capabilities into commercially viable, mission-critical solutions—particularly in regulated, capital-intensive, and defense-adjacent environments.
